I wanted to give the GORILLA 1.41 IN. DOUBLE SIDED GREY tape a try I used to use the brown version of the double sided tape for years , but ran out so I requested this tape. to hlod a micro battery pack up under the lid of our cement jar thing that decorate and change out every season, or holiday. The under side of the lid is semi smooth and the tape should hold the micro LED battery pack in place with ease!. The tape was very difficult to peal ! and it held good, like it should because the under side of the cement jar is semi smooth! But the next morning the battery fell! , where the brown Heavy Duty version holds for months!!!

I received Gorilla Glue double sided tape as part of the seed program for an honest review. I have used all types of Gorilla products, the wood glue, duck-tape etc. all have great performance. This double-sided tape is no exception. I will primarily be using it for wood working project. I.E. for holding together two or more pieces of wood and making exact copy of cuts, whether straight, curved or otherwise. I have used other brands for this is the past and wanted to see them vs Gorilla. Must tell you, Gorilla wins hands down. Also tried it out to hold a piece of wood to run though my planer, didn’t need anything more than the tape to hold the two pieces together and get a flat surface. And when you remove the tape you don’t get a sticky residue. Check out the pictures to see what I mean. This will be my go to double-sided tape from now on.

So, this two sided tape from Gorilla makes pattern tracing and cutting very easy to accomplish! Removing the blue protective side to reveal the other sticky side is a royal pain in the you know what! Once past that pain point, the top pattern board sticks extremely well to the bottom board. As seen in the pictures, the tape was approximately 3 inches long and about 5 1/2 inches from the edge that I was holding on to and the adhesion did not fail! One mention, this was not a 6 pack as indicated, just one! Will use the rest up and for sure get some more!

Better than expected. I’ve had this product for a few weeks. This is my first time not using a 3m product for adhesives. This tape is also different than what I’ve used in the past as it has the style of thinner duct tape and can also be used as a normal duck tape from what I have seen. Now for how it sticks I must say wholly cow this stuff is sticky and strong and with the webbing from the duck tape style threads only makes it stronger. My wife’s car had a broken side maker that the clip has been broken for to long and the tape worked perfect. The light is way over priced to replace so I gave this tape a try and placed the tape on the back and trimmed it out with a razor knife. The only pain is the top side of the tape is not the easiest to remove, it’s hard it get it started. After it gets started it’s easy and is super sticky. The light it stuck for good and not falling off , I even pulled on the light and it was not coming off it was on there for good. I believe it should last the rest of the life of the car. I also have some other projects coming so to test it out some more. I would for sure buy the tape it’s another great America made innovative product from gorilla Glue Co.

This product seems to hold OK, but it's incredibly difficult to use. The blue backing is quite difficult to separate from the double sided tape! I tried it the way the instructions said, to apply to the surface, then rub it to separate the blue backing. No joy! I tried to pick the blue backing off before it was applied to the surfaces being joined and still it was difficult. The adhesive is very thin and it makes it difficult to use.I can't recommend this product.

Gorilla 1.41 in. x 8 yd. Double Sided Tape (6-Pack), Grey, is a strong good sticky tape. Good to temporally hold something in place or a quick fix for something that isn't important. The bracket holding this bathroom fan broke and it worked well holding it in place for about two weeks, then failed. Probably because I didn't use a long enough piece of the tape. All of the other tape I used failed in about a day or two. Hard as heck to get the plastic layer off of the other side of the tape.

This tape is (appropriately) very sticky and heavy duty. I used it to secure a 6-plug outlet splitter to the wall outlet and it works really well. A couple of strips of this double-sided tape held it in place firmly, preventing it from pulling loose every time I unplugged an extension cord. It helped change a frustrating situation into a good solution.

This mounting tape is designed for indoor or outdoor use. It performs great, it creates a strong bond between the surface and whatever you are mounting. It holds up to 38lbs and is easy to use. I have used this product for several things, woodworking, hanging pictures, hanging diagrams even used it to mount a motion light to the side of my garage.
