    SC110 preserves the
    substrate
    with
    an
    ultra-clear,
    scratch
    resistant
    finish
    while
    remaining flexible

    withstand
    vibration

    expansion/contraction.
    SC110
    is
    a
    specially
    formulated
    2-component
    epoxy
    with
    a
    modified
    cycloaliphatic
    amine
    curative.
    SC110
    combines
    a
    UV
    absorber coupled
    with
    a
    hindered
    amine
    light
    stabilizer
    which
    inhibits
    degradation
    of
    the
    epoxy
    from
    sunlight and
    protects
    the
    exterior
    with
    a
    glossy,
    glass-like
    finish
    that
    will
    endure
    heavy
    tra
    ffic
    and
    extreme
    conditions.

    chemically
    and
    mechanically
    to the
    substrate
    and
    can
    be
    blended
    with
    dyes,
    silica,
    sands,
    wood
    flowers,
    pebbles
    and
    other
    materials.

    wear
    resistant

    COMPONENTS
    SC110
    is composed

    primerless,

    pre-proportioned

    B
    is
    added
    to

    APPLICATION
    Application
    of
    SC110 is summarized
    as
    follows.
    The
    2
    components of
    the SC110
    are
    mixed,
    and
    then uniformly
    applied
    at
    the
    desired
    thickness typically
    20
    mils to
    the cleaned
    and prepared
    surface.
    SC110
    will soft gel in 3 hours at 20mils and fully cure in 12 hours at 77
    °F.
    CLEAN-UP
    Use
    a
    mixture
    of
    MIBK
    and
    Butyl
    Acetate
    (50/50)
    , Acetone or
    MEK
    for
    cleanup.
    Skin
    may
    be
    cleaned
    with
    denatured
    alcohol,
    preferably
    rubbing alcohol.
