of genuine gold ore / gold in quartz and lots of other minerals in these rocks from Alamosa County in Colorado.  Although this has genuine gold in it,
we sell this material for LANDSCAPING rock only

which also has pyrite, mica and other minerals.
If you put a metal detector to these rocks, you will not detect gold
, as there are no gold nuggets on the surface.  At 00-00 an ounce as of this listing, this is still a great bargain.  Again, very small amounts, flakes and maybe microscopic nuggets... with lots of other minerals.  One can only know if broken up completely.
The charm in these offerings, is in the energies of the rocks and where they came from.  Great for display in a garden area that benefits by the metaphysical properties.
This material is guaranteed to come from the mountains of Alamosa County in Colorado, at an elevation of over 8,000 feet. The sacred Blanca Mountains are in Alamosa County and in Costilla county.  Our land is on the Alamosa County side. We own the mineral rights and share the special rocks with you.
Each rock has some gold ore, which makes this high vibrational material.  Gold has been recognized for centuries for its' higher vibration than most metals.  Add quartz to this as an amplifier and no matter how small the amount of gold, it helps bring up the vibration of the area you display or put it.
This material was not cleaned for many reasons, which include choosing to keep the high vibrational dirt of the area intact, as well as lots of gold, pyrite and other flakes intact to retain as much of its' beauty as possible.
You can let the rain wash these off, but if you do not, and use a brush, do it in a bucket so possible gold, gold flakes do not go down a drain. Look at your brush carefully if you manually clean.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOLD ONLY, YOU MUST CRUSH AND UTILIZE THE GOLD EXTRACTION PROCESS
. This involves many steps, but all require you at least start by completely crushing this rock and extracting it, to obtain the often small, but sometimes larger amount of gold.  Each lot has sparkles of gold and little flakes or more showing.  Once these are crushed (if chosen to do so), is like a treasure hunt.  You might get rich ore with even tiny nuggets, or just some flakes.
A majority of the refined gold in the world that goes into jewelry and other items, comes from the extraction of gold from gold ore.  You must have the right equipment to go through this process.  To make sure people are happy with this material, we simply sell it as landscaping rock that has very small amounts of genuine gold within it.
These randomly selected rocks ALL have at least some gold, but sometimes require a magnifying loupe to see. Some rocks are more porous than others, some smaller or larger and just a random batch, all put in a USPS medium, flat rate priority mail box.
